HOW WE PROTECT THE SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL, BUSINESS AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION. The security of your personal, business and customer information is very important to us. Accordingly, we have implemented the following security features in our systems, business practices and communications: All personal, business and customer data is saved in databases that are secured behind Firewalls to protect data from access by unauthorized users. We restrict access to personal, business and customer data to the owner of the data and to qualified internal users, based on a business "need to know". In all cases, access to data is controlled by account login and password procedures. Our servers are located in a controlled data center environment and physical access to them is limited to authorized maintenance personnel only. We use industry standard security technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt or encode all sensitive data and credit card transactions that are sent and received over the internet. We have obtained a digital certificate from Verisign Inc., a leading provider of Internet trust services. We also use Verisign trusted internet services to help us manage and protect credit card payments. Whenever you exchange sensitive information with our web site you should see an icon (image of a closed lock or key) in your browser indicating you are connected to our web site in a secure fashion. If you click on this icon, or go to the "File" pull down menu in your browser and click on "Properties" and then on "Certificates", you will see our digital certificate and be able to verify that your sensitive data is being transmitted in a secure (encrypted) form to our web site and not to some unknown or unauthorized server. Another sign of security is the "https://www.moments4ever.com/..." that appears in the URL address field of your browser. The "https:" indicates the connection between your browser and our server is secure. You agree not to exchange sensitive data over a connection that does not exhibit these signs of security.
